I am a certified practitioner in the Usui Reiki tradition, a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall wellness by restoring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit - Have a Safe Trip!
I devote myself to be an embodiment of my practice to serve as clear channel to to guide you through your healing. Through light, compassion, and truth. I hold space so that you may walk this earth supported, grounded, safe, and seen, to exhilarate your intentions.
My path to Reiki began at rock bottom. After three months in self isolation, unable to even cry as I suffered from severe skin issues after heartbreak - my internal system shut down triggered from YEARS of suppressing my emotions, I was left to see myself from within for the first time, the ugly, the darkness of my past, the wounds of my childhood, the masks I wore, the facade I kept up with so dependent on external everything, all the ways I tried to survive. And in that lowest moment, I received the greatest blessing of my lifetime yet: crossing paths with Reiki, for self-healing but also now a gift to be shared.
Through Reiki, I am rediscovering joy, silliness, and laughter in a world that became so serious.
It is this limitless energy that I now share with you, so that you, too, may reconnect with your truth, your wholeness, and your inner peace. May be happy and free.
